I am creating an exciting catalogue of pre-recorded classes for all levels for you to craft your very own schedule from the comfort of your own home, on your time.

Whether you want ballet, stretching or healthy wellbeing practices you can be sure to find what you’re looking for among my library of classes and guided sessions. Movement


Beginner Ballet

These 60mins classes include most barre exercises such as rond de jambe and battement fondu and centre enchainements such as port de bras, battement tendu and pas de bourre.

 

Full Body Ballet Conditioning Workout

Perfect to use as a warm up for ballet class or as part of your regular fitness routine. This 45min class is suitable for beginners and targets all the ‘ballet muscles’ such as gluts, abdominals and adductors and incorporates mobility, pilates and floor barre.

 

Improver Ballet

This 60mins class is a great follow on from the Beginner On Demand Class and includes more barre exercises and centre enchainements including port de bras, battement tendu and pirouette.

 
 

Posture and Turn Out Tutorial

This very thorough and technical tutorial is perfect for complete beginners and those with minimal experience. It’s also great for those with more experience who wish to refresh their knowledge of the foundational concepts of classical ballet.

 

Beginners Port De Bras Tutorial

The classical ballet arm positions.

All you need to know about the most elegant and expressive element of classical ballet; port de bras (carriage of the arms).

This thorough tutorial will break down all of the 5 main arm positions and more, teaching you exactly how to hold and move the arms, the placement of the fingers, elbow and shoulder joints as well as helpful visualisation on quality and movement dynamics.

Improver Pointe Work

These 30mins classes will guide you through your rises and echappes as well as pas de bourre, pique and centre enchainements.

Pirouette En Dehors From 4th Position Tutorial

A thorough breakdown of what it means to turn en dehors, the coordination and preparation plus some technical and strengthening exercises to help you achieve a successful pirouette en dehors from 4th.

Perfect for first thing in the morning to set you up for the day or in the evening after a long day sitting at your desk.

Full Body Relaxing Stretch Class

These 20-40min slow, yin inspired stretching classes allows your body to fully relax and helps to dissolve tension from your shoulders, back and legs.

 

Neck, Shoulders and Spine Mobility

A 30min mobility routine to help release those real problem areas - the neck, shoulders and spine, both upper and lower.

A great routine to do as soon as you’re out of bed in the morning!

Guided Breathwork Practice

Perfect for all levels and for those who are looking for an easy and calming breathwork practice to do at any time of the day.

Find balance and harmony throughout the body while also remaining alert and focussed on a simple breathing pattern. This is a 20min breathing practice.

Body Scan Meditation

This 20min meditation will attune you to your body and senses, all while increasing your focus, concentration and ability to accept your current realities without judgment.

Perfect for all levels but particularly good for beginners and those looking for a guided meditation.
